Slow down. Breathe. Create.
In a world that moves too fast, Yutori invites you to step into a different rhythm—one of spaciousness, presence, and creative flow. Inspired by the Japanese concept of Yutori (余裕)—a sense of room to breathe and truly experience life—this retreat offers six days of artistic immersion, contemplation, and renewal.
Daily time to explore writing, painting, or any artistic form that calls to you. No pressure, just flow. Journaling, deep listening, and time to explore your inner landscape. Tea ceremonies and gentle eastern-inspired somatic practices to connect body, breath, and creative energy. Silent mornings, guided inquiries, and spacious afternoons to simply be.

Slow Living Culture:
Sacred Activism
Where slowing down is the most radical form of activism in a world that moves so fast it is disembodied, here, creativity is not rushed. Expression is not forced. Instead, through quietude, movement, and deep listening, you will rediscover the art that longs to emerge from within.
Yutori (ゆとり) is a beautiful Japanese concept that refers to having a sense of spaciousness, breathing room, or ease in one's life. It’s about creating time and mental space, so you don’t feel rushed or overwhelmed, allowing you to approach activities with a calm, unhurried mindset.

Important Note
Dear community, the prices of our retreats and experiences will seem inexpensive to some and expensive to others. The mission of neos·life is about shifting humanity into a higher dimensional way of being that reflects our true, innate nature, and thus creating a more beautiful world for all of life to thrive.
This is not about money, and we want to be able to offer healing and transformation to people of all circumstances who genuinely want to expand and contribute positively to the world.
The prices on the booking platform therefore reflect a base level so that neos·life can continue to offer beauty and expansion to the world. It doesn't reflect the value of the experiences, nor the loving life force energy of the facilitators.
So we ask those who are able, to pay what feels good in their hearts as symbol of their appreciation for the experience and everything behind it.
Where we can offer sponsorship places, we will.

Entre colinas suaves, um lago adormece, embalado pelo brilho das estrelas. No silêncio da noite, a terra e o céu encontram seu reflexo na quietude das águas.
Among gentle hills, a lake sleeps, cradled by the glow of the stars. In the silence of the night, the earth and sky find their reflection in the stillness of the waters.
